Thinking about knowledge, skills and attitudes allows to understand the important issues, which are influencing the way of developing the entrepreneurship competence of individuals. For that reason, the questionnaire is developed for mapping the main areas connected with enterprising behaviour and entrepreneurial attitudes. The entrepreneurship competence model and the questionnaire are elaborated under the Estonian Entrepreneurship Programme (2016-2022) and the digital solution is created under the Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance project: “Be Competent in Entrepreneurship: Knowledge Alliances for Developing Entrepreneurship Competencies for the Benefit of Higher Education and Business” (BeComE).
The self-assessment is giving feedback to individuals on what level they are at entrepreneurship competence, what sub-competencies need more support for their development and how they are fitting with the workplace needs in practice and with employers' preferences for graduate selection. The results of self-assessment will also endorse the creation of working environments expansive in enterprises, supporting the development of entrepreneurship competence. The data will be used confidentially only for generalisations on how to support the development of entrepreneurship competence among students and employees and for the development of teaching in universities.
